Maggie Martin is an Associate Attorney at Wheeles and Garmon, Attorneys at Law, where she brings a wealth of experience and a strong academic background to her role. She graduated in the top 8% from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she received her Juris Doctor.
Her academic excellence was recognized through multiple honors, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® in Torts, Wills, Trusts & Estates; and American Constitutional History, as well as consistent Dean’s List placements.

Maggie’s practical legal experience is extensive and diverse. She previously served as a law clerk at various litigation firms and the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office where she managed client settlements and documentation processes. In these roles, she handled various tasks, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with trial preparations.

Her earlier roles as a Litigation Paralegal and Legal Assistant provided her with a solid foundation in legal support, including drafting and filing complaints, preparing medical chronologies, and managing client communications. These positions, coupled with her law clerk roles, honed her skills in legal research, client interaction, and trial preparation.

In addition to her professional work, Maggie was actively involved in academic and community-related activities, serving as a Research Assistant and being a member of the Junior Trial Advocacy Board and the Center for Children, Law & Ethics at Cumberland School of Law.
